Chapter 2 - Circumstance or Challenge?

A couple of years ago I read about a man who was suing his local cable TV provider.  In the lawsuit, he alleged that his wife and children were fat, lazy, and unmotivated and that it was the cable company's fault.  He claimed that he had canceled his subscription, but that the company had continued to provide them with cable TV.  Because the service hadn't been canceled, they had spent way too much time in front of the tube, causing major problems for his family.  I don't know what happened with this ridiculous lawsuit, but I hope it was thrown out of court.
